Jolex Building and Civil specialise in civil construction, concrete, formwork and drainage. We work with building contractors and developers to deliver ground works for civil infrastructure projects, commercial projects and residential developments across Queensland and beyond. 

Jolex was founded in 2013 to bring our 20+ years’ experience in building, civil construction and project management under one roof. 

We share our industry’s commitment to safety and quality assurance and have established a reputation as providers of flexible and commercial solutions supported by a reliable team and supplier network.

Our history.

Jolex Building and Civil was founded in 2013 by Alexis and Josh Badman to bring our 20+ years’ experience in building, civil construction and project management under one team. Together, we get things done. 

Alexis Badman, Operations Manager 

Alexis is Jolex’s Operations Manager. Her experience as a project manager gives her unique insight to how successful projects are run. She is highly commercial and client focused. 

Josh Badman, Construction Manager 

Josh is Jolex’s highly experienced Construction Manager. His background in residential, commercial and civil construction helps him build high performing teams to tackle all types of civil construction and infrastructure works.
